Power of Attorney (PoA) and Notarising Documents

Due to the significant demand and workload of the NHS, Kinneil Medical Practice are no longer providing signatures for any PoA documents or other confirmation of documents.

Patients will need to direct these requests via the normal route of a solicitor, or another appropriate professional out with the Practice Team, depending on the circumstances it is required.

 This takes effect from 8^th May 2024
